One of the best experiences I had, still have good memories. Did an internship before starting my MSc. a few years back. Incredible leadership, great team. Most people had quite a long tenure there which tells a lot about the place. Some also quite young and skilled, we had a few training sessions to get us up to speed fast. Perfect company to learn and develop people skills as the culture is really about the people. It is difficult nowadays to find a healthy work environment. However JB knows how to motivate his troops, and keep them healthy. His energy and positivity makes it worthwhile. I was actually pleasantly surprised to see the whole team socialize several times during the week after hours for fun, more learning, and updates on the company. CA is full of potential, and still growing well. I started when they were developing the shipping department, an office in Geneva opened not long after. Present in strategic locations and markets, with good clients and profiles database; a good and well known reference in the industry.

Can't tell really as I stayed there less than a year, but I only saw positive things, would definitely recommend to a friend wishing to have a career in this sector
