- Poor leadership, lack of trust, lots of blame - Poor retention, people are leaving or getting fired frequently, especially client-facing - Communication is condescending, with reprimanding happening publicly over Slack - Little respect for work-life balance, messages at all hours - Priorities are constantly changing, with leaders becoming obsessed with one initiative for two weeks, forcing everyone to focus on that, and then forgetting about it and never bringing it up again - Culture of blame and fear - if the CEO is stressed, everyone is stressed - Zero remote culture - Pricing is inconsistent and hard to communicate to clients
