Work from home is a really great perk and the pay isn’t bad.

Poor supervisors. They are not always friendly or approachable. There is no real feeling of being on an actual team because there is no time to talk to any other PSR’s. The supervisors seem to only prioritize you when you’re having technical problems and they are slow to respond when you have patient related questions.
