Too many layers of management was both costly and confusing to clients and staff. Tried to make employees work overtime without pay by classifying them as management despite not having any management duties, staff, salary differences, or benefits.

Great people, some great work. Grew really fast

Midtown Manhattan location. Growth pains. Grew too fast, and when the lead client moved their account to the west coast. The entire office was laid off.

Loved working at MGS prior to merger. Great people and wonderful client relationships

As of October 2014, the new management team was never "transparent" as they claimed to be and instead only took actions to protect the Chicago office and employees. New York and Miami offices paid the ultimate price. Lots of people left without a job from one day to the next. Unfair that people devoted years of their lives to their clients and to an agency they used to love, only to have the rug pulled out from under them.
