The organization does not recognize how well the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department operates with such little space and outdated equipment.

great co-workers- most of the time.

supervisors (who are not qualified themselves) hiring unqualified workers-with NO experience, short staffed and no time to train new people, who have committed to only working 1 year.. great choice? NOPE ! constant stress,added responsibilities-why hire anybody when you can do 2-3 jobs?
