One of the things I liked about community Based care is that I always felt very supported by my supervisor. As long as you do your job, ask questions if you need help you'll be fine. It's a good company and they want the best for their consumers and staff.

I think the benefits could be better.

The clients and families are a pro

A lot. The supervisors are expected to be case managers, administrative assistants, quality management, recruitment staff and liaison for the MCOs. All of these roles would be separate at a different company with a salary of its own but here you will wear all these hats and barely make 50k.
