Nice people to work with. Laid back most of the time, but busy enough that time doesn't stand still. Advancement for those who ask for it.

It was chaos. They moved me around department to department with no notice, including departments I had no interest in working in. You never knew what was going to happen when you walked in the door each day, including where you were going to sit. Sometimes they suddenly got very picky about details (QA scores, attendance), other times, you might be surprised at how much they didn't care. There were additional incentives, but those went to favorites, those who figured out how to beat the system, and those who got the attention of management enough.

Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
