Expensive insurance until you're there 5+ years. No PTO given outright. Leadership is incredibly out of touch with their team. They care nothing for their employees health or the employees families health during this COVID outbreak, with Franklin County being THE heaviest hit area and yet not allowing some employees to work from home like their help desk or project team. Management that greet your questions with "well figure it out" instead of providing actual help. Also despite being called Level, there is no Level 1 on helpdesk. You field all calls coming in.
