- Sometimes it's really slow, so you can do your own things if all your calls and tickets are taken care of. - The team I work with are really nice and fun to talk with. - You work with other users within the company, not customers... So people are held accountable if they are rude to the IT technicians.

- Upper management greatly lacks communication. - You're expected to know things you haven't been trained on. - Little to no Paid Time Off. - Little to no benefits. - The shifts for new workers aren't great. - Some days are overflowing with problems, issues, and calls. - Once you're in a role, it's difficult
