Met some great people over the years. There used to be great opportunities for advancement..until there wasn’t.

During every merger or buyout, the company makes drastic changes and expects immediate results. They do not value loyal employees that actually work in the field. The last realignment and job title restructuring forced many seasoned employees out with a demotion or pitiful severance. This created an unmanageable workload for those that have stayed. I expect the turnover to increase if that is even possible. Do not waste your time or commitment to a company that does not care!
