Poor pay Let's Managers be in charge of people who shouldn't - people are managing people who don't have the personality to manage others Some of the HR rules are ridiculous Not enough mileage compensation Needs better training for managers/people in charge of others Looks down on people lower on the totem pole Lack of communication from managers to employees and throughout department
