Do not feel valued by manager, company expects more and more but does not have enough staff. Continually needing more licenses and having to learn new markets is challenging, they really need someone to assist clinicians with licensure processes beyond just providing links to websites. A lot of time is spent on days off getting licensure requirements and maintenance done.
