I really love my role at Community Management. I've been here for close to 3 years and can say that I've learned so much. Our owner cares about the team and is always thinking of ways to make them feel more appreciated. Community Management takes feedback from team members and really looks for a solution.

Health insurance is a expensive but that is an issue with most businesses.

Coworkers are nice and friendly. There is an attempt to keep employees happy.

Below the average for wages, and the performance bonus isn’t worth the extra workload.
