CWC is one of the most grounded organizations I've come across. They are really walking the walk when it comes to doing community-driven work and do their best to ensure that staff have the resources and support they need to be successful.

Environmental justice work is hard, but even on the hardest of days, the fact that you get to build power with some of the most inspiring community leaders and colleagues, makes it all worth it.
