Overall, colleagues are very supportive and always willing to help. The working environment is positive — even during stressful periods, we can still laugh and maintain a good team spirit. Many processes are still done manually within the system, but it teaches you to become more detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible in your work. If you’ve never managed staff before, this is a good place to gain leadership experience. There are plenty of opportunities to learn how to manage a team, make decisions, and handle day-to-day operational challenges.

The workload can be heavy, and you may need to be available outside of working hours depending on the situation. The environment is also fast-paced, so new joiners need to be proactive in asking questions and learning from more experienced colleagues.
