It’s just a copier! Management reminds staff we just sell copiers don’t stress. Learn from any mistakes and grow from it. Have fun in the process! We strive to learn how to improve not just with our customers but with our team in monthly meetings. It’s nice to be apart of a company that strives to be genuine in their culture. Team bonding is important to the owner which is why we gather for lunches or after work dinner. Also I should note that those supposed 4 hour meetings don’t happen with our sales team and haven’t in the last 6 months.

It’s sales based haha everything we do revolves around sales so if you don’t have the stomach for meeting deadlines and quotas you shouldn’t be in sales. I think flexible schedules should be a thing once you’ve hit quota.
