      I worked as a Lead Cook at one of the Cafes on Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA. Some of the pros were that we had weekends off and paid holidays.

      It was very hard to get time off, since we were very understaffed. The pay is too low in my opinion for the work that we do there.

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
