While all companies were affected by Covid not all of them decided to stop communicating with employees and some companies even improved their communication during this time. Compass group previously would send out corporate communications marked high importance that were always completely unimportant but when communication was truly needed as to what was going on with the company they were completely silent and employees of course were left to heresy.
