      The company is far more focused on sales than quality of food and employee benefits and/or employee wellbeing. In a single month we lost three employees due to poor management and pay discrepancy alone.

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
