Great experience, but some corporate chaos - Recensione dipendente - Catering Coordinator presso Compass Group USA

HR system is extremely frustrating and not supportive. They have a service where you call someone in the Philippines who takes down your information and then someone from HR may reach out to you. Getting ahold of an actual HR person to help was extremely difficult and the whole experience was extremely frustrating. Just the fact that they outsource such an important function of HR to me displayed how little this mega corp cares about the employees. Also... I've never seen health insurance cost so much!!!
