      Pay was above average only because of the union.

      Management was completely inaccessible. It was a very Us vs Them toxic environment. Union was useless except for negotiating good pay and benefits. If your job was threatened good luck. I didn't realize how much I physically and emotionally dreaded every day there until I quit.

      The dispatch is the most disrespectful and egotistical people ever. They should not be working there if they refere to drivers as dumb and uneducated even though they themselves don't even have any education or a CDL . The trainers actively sabotage you and then the management is incompetent at best
