Let's start by saying I eagerly, enthusiastically, entered my career at Compliance Testing fully committed to drive exceptional results, teamwork, and growth for the company and the clients I served. I did not quit my job, it is something that was simply not meeting my expectations for many reasons - by a long shot. So I had to leave for my own self-value. Simply to clarify a few incorrect statements I see in other reviews responses below as I read them carefully..... From the Oct 10, 23 review 'Owner mistreats em(pl)oyees' 1st) "30 years Sales experience" should state 0 years sales experience, as there is no sales strategy other than the Insanity one here (insanity is doing the same thing over and over that doesn't work, and suddenly expecting results to be different). Management here obviously never carried his own bag in his life. Who ever heard of speaking to someone for the first time and simply reading them a script (or more accurate - a novel) of how good we are and why you should work with us.) Note: From Sales 101, aren't you supposed to ask your prospect valuable open-ended questions and let them speak?? Duhhh 'SP1s' and 'CO Procured' are main, dominant performance drivers the owner abides by. These terms/measurements are no where else used in the business world, so one would ask, why are they used here? Also, try mixing in: What happened on the call?, Of the DM's you spoke with, what was the end-result, and what's the strategy for the next contact?, How can we progress the opportunity?......and many, many other fundamental principals sales leaders follow. Predictably, the owner will likely target this narrative as false and state "I didn't perform". "I falsified my capabilities". "I did not sell enough" etc. The reality is I had the highest month over month running sales results (other than one house account) since 2018 until he placed me chasing companies that in majority manufactured and tested their new devices solely in China. I will not even mention his (non) sales commission plan. That is a complete joke authored by someone who never sold in their life and a way of not paying your employees for bringing in continuous profitable revenue. 2nd) "Cancel culture". I'm not in on these trendy phrases, so I don't even want to know what that means. In reality, there is NO culture at this company other than the owners obvious guiding behaviors of : My Way or The Highway, I'm Right and You're Wrong, 'I've been doing this for years and I'm good at it'. 3rd) "Most employees 4 – 15 years" - Anyone with any tenure is only employed at the company because they no longer report to the owner. The reality is - one has quit (returned when reporting structure changed to his benefit), one is only staying until he does not need to work any longer, and the other is shopping based on the unknown strategic direction and non-sustainability of the company. I do not want to mention any further aspects here as these professionals continue to provide unmatched value for this company - regardless of the environment. With that said, ALL Sales and ALL Accounting personnel have had 100% attrition and 0% retention over the last year. The owner had to outsource Accounting and currently has Nothing of a Sales team. I can count 8 professional AE's that have come and left simply because there is no way they can work for the owner that only listens to respond with his way. He never listens to understand. He even had a mgt. consultant come in to provide the team with Myers-Briggs concepts and processes. None of that behavior (treat others based on individual needs to benefit the entire team/environment/culture) is ever displayed by the owner. That was a waste of corporate funds and a sign of fiscal irresponsibility. From the Jun 13, 2022 review of : "Avoid CEO and company at all costs" and the owner's response of: "I'd suggest if you have an interest in our company that judge for yourself by speaking with our team".....My intent is to help others potentially looking to join this company - I agree to speak with the team. BUT, there is no team, as all who reported to the owner no longer work there. So.........ask yourself. 'Who can I speak with from Sales or Accounting that works here?' The answer is no one. Note: I'm sure the owner will refute this (like he did in the past reviews), but that is predicable and will be a joke of a response. A question potential candidates should ask themselves is, Why do no Sales nor Accounting professionals have any tenure here whatsoever? Finally, as I've addressed some of the inaccuracies of previous responses, an ex-employee was directed by the owner to have some previous (negative of the company/owner) posts be removed from this Glassdoor site. It's anecdotal to me, and I'm not aware of how that financially/legally is accomplished - but that would be hard to imagine as being a made-up story.
