Not any pros are there.

-This is not a company. if you want to became a slave then 100% go for it. no learning nothing only solving bugs. -There is not any HR policy. - No learning nothing- - worst hourly payment system also as a senior you will get 200 to 250 Per hour

I haven't seen a company where you can learn from seniors, I mean it. They spend time with you solving errors and helping you with your tasks.

We don't get regular increments.
