No one on that team has any agency experience, and promotes their favorites who say yes to everything and agree they're always right. They've laid off 6 people in the last year as a "restructure" and then later told people it was a performance-based firing (including a pregnant, disabled, black employee). A new CEO was just named, a marketer who has no business experience, or really any experience in the services being sold by this agency. Anyone who disagrees with the CEO will inevitably be fired in the coming months.
