If you are an experienced Software Engineer, there are MANY companies that would be much better for you. This company pays at the lowest end of the pay scale and the stress is ridiculous, and with no stock options at that.
Leadership is extremely poor as they cannot retain good software engineers with leadership experience.
Because leadership is poor, the codebase is a mess. No testing, no code reviews or coding standards, no performance measurements, no forward thinking or planning, no proper project management.
The time pressure to get features out means that non of this is addressed and its a nightmare. The result of their short sightedness is bugs and bugs galore and multiplying.
