Compound Photonics is a team of highly motivated, talented, and inspired individuals looking to, as Steve Jobs would say, “dent the universe.” And, as you know, we’re well on our way to doing so! Regarding your “Cons” section, seemingly stretch goals are important to establish as they push us far beyond what we ever thought was possible. “Stretch Goals” often evolve into “Achieved Objectives” and when they do, our mental framework around what we’re capable of expands vastly. Additionally, Compound Photonics is currently in the process of enhancing our internal communications and connecting every employee (at every level) to each other, including upper level management. We hope that you will see these changes as a positive as we continue to evolve these processes.
