It is a job. It is better than fast food, I guess. The pay checks are almost always on time.

The company has been sold a couple of times. Each time it gets sold, it gets worse here. They are laying off the rest of the Service Desk in a couple of months.

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
