Son bastantes flexibles una vez que demuetras tus capacidades y compromiso con la empresa. El Home Office es posible por desempeño. Las prestaciones superiores a la ley y el fondo de ahorro son bastante atractivas

Creo que ya es bastante dificil conseguir este empleo ya que no lo veo por ningun portal de empleo actualmente (2026)

Management is very nice, contract client was good

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
