Good company to get your training and certifications.

Svantaggi

No cost of living pay increases for the past 10 years. No incentives to attract and retrain good employees. (below average compensation of what the market is now offering) Need to work on more incentives to attract and retrain clients to show them what added value the company has to offer etc.

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
