Let me inform after working near 2 years as a full time as software developer in company, this is not a company this is an political party, too much politics is there and inter team communication is worst here. you can easily get a job here if you know someone here does not matter if you have some knowledge or not. our technical PO does not know abcd of code but still he is tech PO and just waste developer's time. from PO to HR - higher management is political party

develops treats as slave here, work life balance is worst, you have to work 15 hrs, some good people who works honestly does not get any recognition here, online people can call you work for whole night, attitude of HR is like you are a slave, non-technical people who does not have any technical background judges developers and ask dev to work in a night which is actual 10 days work. Because to poor management inter/intra team communication gets very bad, and so on, so on.
