Quick hiring process. Coworkers are a delight. Okay amount of time off. Completely work from home at the moment. Very independent work.

Svantaggi

Management tends to gas light employees. Company sees employees as numbers rather than people. Not much room for upward movement other than management.

Management is very nice, contract client was good

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
