They have a great tuition reimbursement program for furthering one's education towards business related degrees as well as certification reimbursement. CompuCom is also great with working with employees relocation needs specifically in the form of having contracts throughout all states allowing one to switch locations easily, not by covering cost associated to relocation.

CompuCom has a poor evaluation process, although the tool utilized has extensive potential, management does not commit the time required to effectively integrate it into one's review. In addition, there is no growth potential financially, even with a title promotions and a quarterly bonus structure in place there is very few increases approved, management recite daily that it is "out of their control," they rarely step up for an employee even when faced with the ultimatum of losing an exceptional worker that exceeds expectations. Their values are in the work of getting "back to basics" however, management rather higher a new employee at a higher rate than increase a current employee that more than earned the rate being offered.
