      Great people to work with. Very secure facilities and awesome company wide communication. Lots of flexibility for advancement of you are eager enough.

      Raises are hard to come by. A lot of people were there for 10 years + but small movement in salary.

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
