No planning and support from seniors when you need help, only scrutiny and scolding in front of everyone. No planning to use existing talent and always interested in hiring new employees for even smallest of projects. They also have various internal projects and they keep updating those. People, who are working on these projects have to work day and night and put efforts on weekends as well, without any requirement.
