Poor pay, managers always saying that you are 'in line' with other staff members but it clearly not being true, do managers not think we speak to each other about these things? Being over looked, wasted talent. They do not look after the people with the most knowledge and treats everyone as a 'bum in a seat'. Some of the most experienced analysts are being paid LESS than the new staff coming in, these anaylsts actually train these new members and are paid less. No chance of progression at all unless it is sideways
