      -could do better on flexibility in every sense.. technology, diversity, training.. -Silos and conflicting objectives per department -at that time not really getting ahead with new technology

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
