Friendly staff, pleasant people to be around and the opportunity to interact with customers is phenomenal as well as esteem building in terms of actually helping someone.

No assistance, lack of tools, new interns are not coached in terms of what management expects, what they prefer to have done and how, ask questions of new interns.

Some what independent., able to learn by trial by error, most PC'S are the owners junk yard pile and we have to revive them. The wife is the only good thing about this business....she is awesome!

Lack of cummunication between staff. Micromanage, mental abuse from owner, very stressfull, 90% of this comes from the male Nigerian adult who is the owner
