      Relatively decent pay, good people to work with. Supportive to their in-field IT contractors. Offered good opportunities for technology contractors just starting out in the business. If you're willing to work, there's room to get involved in fun stuff.

      Svantaggi

      Difficult to go anywhere beyond the field IT contractor level. Very localized - expect to mainly be working with the local office and almost never with the national organization.
