been here [manila office] for almost 4 years and so far so good ~ game room [could use a little sprucing up but it's OK] ~ free lunch [fridays] ~ monthly birthday cakes for the celebrants ~ approachable people ~ not that strict [non-operation such as dress down, eating at station, etc] ~ freebies/benefits [weekly massage, fruits, coffee machine, fun runs, nanny benefits, and more] ~ good pay [and even better if you surpass their expectations or showcase more skills] ~ laptops [not for keeps, though] i also want to take time to share my opinions about the other reviews ~ HR is approachable; only those who have an immature attitude will feel as though everybody is against them when they cannot get their way ~ it is the staffs responsibility to follow up their filed leave requests and not that of the HR. We are all adults. HR does her job by deducting what you have not filed and you should have done your job by following up your filed requests. HR is not there to remind you. ~ i have had company loans and SSS loans and although i admit SSS loans often get wrong, all deductions were corrected. HR follows up with SSS/external payroll [as it wasn't HR's fault to begin with] and SSS/payroll fixed it. As for the company loans, no issues there ~ Everyone knows it isn't HRs decision on how much your salary is. You should talk to your manager if you have an issue with how much youre earning and about your increases as your this are out of HRs control. ~ Failure to log in and out is not a big issue. As adults, and with a sign at the door already as a reminder, we should all know that we must log in and out at the begining and end of our shifts. This is the only way the company can properly tell what time you actually came into work and what time you left. You can not expect a CCTV to be the answer to your prayers every time you fail to log in or out. That will add more to what HR has to do [review the CCTV footage just because staff neglects to log in or out]. Honestly? How hard is it? ~ Comscentre is not a training company or school. If you are looking for a classroom style training i suggest you look somewhere else. The training we do here are all hands-on ~ Yearly appraisal is not guaranteed. We have a yearly reviews and the appraisal [if any] depends on your review and performance [which is done by your manager] ~ Everyone will be defended if there is really something worth defending. No one will bother to defend BS ~ Work-from-home [at this moment] is 1day/week. This is approved by your manager, HR and the country manager as long as you met the prerequisites [such as - but not limited to - stable internet connection, working headset, etc]. ~ The only crab mentality in the office [or any office actuslly] is that of staff who: prefer to blame everyone when they cant get what they want, know-it-alls, gossipers and those who dont admit they have a crab mentality. If you think you can do a better job than your manager, than HR, than everyone else, then feel free to apply for the post rather than complain that those people are not doing their jobs right. If you dont think youre up for the job, then why complain? Its not helping the situation nor is it helping you. If you are not happy, then what or who is stopping you from leaving? No reason to post negative [and incorrect, in my opinion] feedback just because you were not happy. Let people try stuff for themselves rather than convince people to not try things for themselves. Everyone experiences things differently even though they are treated the same

the only cons i can think of are - ~ when there is a need to do overtime [example: until late at night], that staff has to be in the office the next morning [normal shift]. No TOIL [time off in lieu] which can be bad for your health if you must do OT often ~ office space. Because of the renovation in the office, the space was not really maximized so there are areas that are roomy and areas with just enough elbow room. ~ lack of man-power which willend up burning out current staff ~ too may little processes and you have to follow ~ drama in the office because of "those" employees
