Thanks for the review, and we appreciate the kudos, as we try to make this a balanced environment for all of our employees. We definitely realize the challenge in getting up to speed with the large technical environment we have. We definitely recommend leaning on other co-workers who can share their tips and successes, as well as asking for additional mentoring and training as needed so that you can be successful.
