Thanks for the feedback - we appreciate you taking the time. We're particularly proud of our ability to bring in employees fresh off their degree programs to give them an opportunity to begin and grow their careers. This has proven to be a great strategy for us for introducing new ideas and ways of doing things. We agree with you 100% about the ability for us to grow in the retention area. We have begun identifying training opportunities for employees to help keep them engaged and growing, as well as for managers to be sure they have the skills needed to be effective leaders. We're making some strides currently. We'd like to hear more about where you feel there is favoritism, as we'd like to be able to address this.
