We've made some good strides over the last few years with career pathing, beginning with establishing a management or non-management track for employees. Are we perfect yet? Nope, and that's probably unrealistic, but we do aim to keep continually improving, especially as we grow. But as you noted, the fast-paced, like-a-startup roots still run strong here, and we're really proud of that being part of the culture.
