Told to follow ISO policy and then instructed to violate the policy at management's discretion. Instead of finding root causes for problems, fingers are pointed. Lower level employees written up for following the company's flawed procedures. Program managers that talk down to you. Raises are distributed at the same level, regardless of extra effort and overtime worked. Outdated ways of thinking by the Executives. Multi-million dollar company run like a chop shop.
