      Constantly exposed to new technology and always in learning mode. Pay is on the lower side for the position.

      Svantaggi

      Very challenging work requiring you to work extended hours. Support is not always available when you have tight schedules and things go wrong. This adds unnecessary stress especially, when dealing with customers that demand perfection.

      Great team and people to work. Good customer base and product pipe line. Not a lot of politics.

      Svantaggi

      No bonus structure defined. Legal plan is okay , good health plan. Lot of maintenance work so need to work weekends and night.
