Workload can get intense at moments, and situations do become stressful, upper management only makes the situation worse at times.

The union benefits are pretty good.

Middle management has zero focus on safety or workplace integrity for those they supervise. They are poor at people management, nepotism secures desired work roles before merit. The supervisors conduct themselves in unprofessional and unsafe manners. Repeatedly causing or failing to mitigate safety issues and violations.
