No C-level has a vision for leading whereof the company, trial and error every 3 months on new structures and new directions. Most of them has probably bare knowledge of US market 10 years ago, definitely ZERO knowledge and experience for rest of the world, driving this legendary brand into bankruptcy for sure. All restructuring is literally a joke, save no costs, improve no top line and scare off all talented people. Hong Kong office is a hell led by incapable management.
