-awful ceo, very rude, unprofessional, big ego -you have to do everything he wants or he will get mad -wants to you to work overtime no pay -most staff are interns because he doesnt want to pay -you wont have anyone to ask questions to, you have to figure everything out yourself -hires from poor countries to exploit -overwhelming amount of things to do, will stress you out - doesn't want you to clock out at the time you're supposed to, wants you to be "flexible" and work extra

The only good thing that can come from here is the exposure to different areas.

There are many terrible things about this company. The CEO is very condescending and rude at times, making it difficult to speak with him, negotiate with him or simply be around him. He does not seem to have a management team who can teach and guide interns about the roles that are available. A couple of former interns and former workers have not been paid as he seems to lack the budget to provide them payment. When it comes to teamwork it is nonexistent. Find somewhere else to work.
