Horrible Work Environment - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso ConcealFab

ConcealFab is one of the best companies I’ve worked for. I’ve been with ConcealFab for a little more than three years and have worked various positions ranging from operations to engineering and product development. In that time, I’ve seen the company grow very rapidly as we’ve worked to meet the rising demands of telecom. A lot of hard work and creativity has gone into not only product development, but general process development across all departments and in establishing a better work-flow. One of the pros to working here is that there is a lot of low-hanging fruit to make a positive difference in the company. Depending on where you start, there are many opportunities to move laterally or upwards through the company. ConcealFab is very good at making everyone’s voices heard, open to change and new ideas, and bolsters a continual improvement mentality. ConcealFab also does well with its pay and benefits.

One of the cons of the company is low accountability/urgency for meeting deadlines at the beginning of the product development chain, leading to a high-pressure environment for the production floor by the time ship-dates comes around.

I have been with ConcealFab for almost 9 years and was a bit shocked when I read reviews that had negative comments. (Frankly I disagreed with almost all of them.) There is always room for improvement and the company leadership takes advice.

Very fast growth caused some confusion when systems had to be put in place to manage the amount of work getting accomplished. This frustrated some people. This has really leveled off and is under much better control with several new employees that brought their expertise and talents to bear on these issues.
