Generally the staff. Good people but the toxicity of the work environment can bring out the worst in them on a 'professional' level.

Turnover at an all-time high. It was BAD before. Id say we would lose 1-3 new center leadership or support staff per year on average but in the last year since Select has moved in, it's tripled! My specific area has lost 9 people in about 9 months! Doesn't take a genius to see how that affects everything especially patient care. The worst part is that upper management seems to not give a damn about it..
