They have been out of the field way to long and think their way is the right way - they do not listen to people that deal with the clients and the clients expectations on a daily basis. All they care for is the sell. a one & done attitude. no retention mindframe. Now wonder the company loses clients as fast as you get new one. no advancement ever! Promote only the suck ups with no experiece.
